Message Bottle Ordering Information:
- Optional Photographs and formatted messages can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number in the subject line.
- Please enter your text carefully as spelling mistakes cannot always be corrected.Also please note that orders need time to be made by hand, engraved, wrapped etc, so ensure you have ordered in time, as well as allowing time for delivery.
- Next Day and 9.00am Delivery can only be achieved with orders placed before 12 Noon the day previous. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday or Sunday’s, please allow for this when placing your order.
- Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next business day, (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed over the weekends will be processed on Mondays – we do not dispatch orders on Saturday’s or Sunday’s.
We require at least 24 hours to assemble your order regardless of delivery options selectedbut we will send your order as per your upgraded delivery selection.
The delivery Address that you ask us to dispatch goods to must have someone present to sign for the delivery, otherwise the goods are returned to your local Post Office delivery office.
For Royal Mail dispatches. If an order has not been delivered, as no-one is available at the receiver’s address, the Postman will have leave a card. Customers will have to collect the item from their local postal delivery office within 2 weeks or your item will be returned to us. Items requiring to be dispatched again will incur additional delivery charges.
Missing or Lost Items –
All orders are dispatched within their advertised time frames. Upon completion of an order, our website will send you an “Order Processed” email message which lets you know that your goods are on their way to you.
For UK deliveries your order should arrive normally within our advertised timeframes.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of us dispatching you must advise us that your goods are missing so we can arrange an investigation, and replacement. If you wait longer than 7 days we can not guarantee tracking down your order.

Recorded Delivery – Your order will have a tracking number and is insured against loss or damage up to a max value of £39 should anything go wrong with delivery we will be able to compensate your insured loss.
Next Day – We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service – your goods are fully traceable and insured against loss up to £500.
International Signed For® – gives you the confidence and re-assurance of having your mail signed for on delivery, just about anywhere in the world. It’s a relatively low price to pay for peace of mind. The price also includes up to £30 compensation in the unlikely event that your mail is lost or damaged en route.
